What does pre-order mean?
Our first batch is on its way. You order and pay now, and we ship as soon as the first batch arrives. Changed your mind before your order ships? Email us and you get a full refund. How pre-orders work
When will my order arrive?
Right now everything is on pre-order and ships as soon as the first batch arrives. Once we are past pre-order: Orders placed before 22:00 on a working day leave our warehouse in 1–2 working days. Delivery in the Netherlands usually takes one more working day, elsewhere in the EU two to five. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel ships.
What does shipping cost?
€4.95 anywhere in the EU, and free on orders over €45.00. See shipping & returns.
How can I pay?
The available payment methods are shown at checkout. All prices are in euros and include VAT.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible at hello@ribbonbeast.com. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll change or cancel it. Once it has shipped, you can use your right of withdrawal and send it back.
Returns
Can I return something?
Yes. You have 14 days after receiving your order to change your mind, no reason needed. Read how returns work.
Can I return a brush or glove that has been used?
Unused products in their original packaging can always be returned within the withdrawal period. Opened perfume bottles can't be returned for hygiene reasons. A brush or glove that has been used on an animal can be sent back, but we may deduct the loss in value from your refund. None of this applies if a product is faulty.
My product is faulty. What now?
Sorry about that. Send us an email with your order number and a photo, and we'll sort out a replacement or refund. Your statutory warranty rights always apply.

Which brush should I choose?
It depends on the coat. Our coat guide matches each coat type to the right tools. Still unsure? Send us a photo of your beast and we'll tell you.
How do I measure for a collar or harness?
For a collar, measure around the neck where the collar sits and add two fingers' width. For a harness, measure the chest at its widest point, just behind the front legs. If your dog sits between two sizes, choose the larger one.
Is Eau de Beast safe for cats?
No. Eau de Beast is made for dogs only. Cats are far more sensitive to fragrance, so please don't use it on them or spray it near them.
How do I use dog perfume?
Spray from about 20 cm onto the back and flanks, then brush it through. Never spray near the eyes, nose or mouth, and don't use it on irritated or broken skin. If your dog really smells, a bath comes first.
